Worlds longest Commercial flight has landed in Newark international Airport

Ever since the Wright Brothers first built and Air craft in 1903 people and companies have kept pushing the limits of technology to go beyond. Today another milestone is broken. The longest non stop commercial flight has just landed in New York.

Singapore Airlines Airbus A350-900 ULR (Ultra Long Range) tagged SQ22 has taken off from the Changi Airport in Singapore on the 11th of October and has laded at the Newark’s international Airport a short while ago. The distance between the destinations is 15,344Km. the longest ever flight taken to date.

Business class seats on this flight was fully booked, however there were few premium economy class seats still available.

Happy.lk is sure the passengers will remember this flight for the rest of their lives and it is great that humans are pushing the boundaries that were once thought impossible once upon a time.
